Cara Brown, M.A., BCBA-COBA-LBA-KY (Owner)

Cara is a board certified behavior analyst with over 20 years of experience teaching children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities in clinical, residential, and educational settings across Kentucky, Ohio, and Texas. She opened BI&C in the fall of 2012 with the vision of providing families with quality ABA Programming in a clinical setting. Her continued mission is to allow parents, children, and employees to feel like part of a team, creating an ideal environment for learning. She also teaches behavior analysis courses at Miami University-Oxford through the department of Educational Psychology. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family as well as her 2 dogs.

Eva Cavileer M.A., BCBA-COBA (Clinical Director) is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 12 years experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.  She has been with BI&C since the opening in 2012 and after receiving her BCBA in 2016, she was made the clinical director of the Montgomery Language Academy.  Eva oversees all of the language-based programs and provides our families and RBTs with regular support to ensure quality programming. She enjoys live music, spending time with her family, 3 1/2 year old son and 20 month old triplet girls, and traveling to new places.  

Marissa Watson, RBT attended the University of Cincinnati and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is currently attending Florida Institute of Technology getting her Masters degree in Behavior Analysis. She started working with children at a daycare and went on to nanny full-time until starting at BI&C. In Marissa’s free time, she enjoys decorating and organizing her house, going to concerts, and spending time with loved ones!

Gabriella Hendricks, Behavior Technician graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2019 and is currently attending Ball State. Gabby is getting her Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Gabby’s goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and continue to work in early intervention in a school based setting. She hopes to move out of Ohio and provide therapy in a new environment! Gabby’s interests include gardening, listening to podcasts, watching Netflix, and trying new restaurants (big fan of spicy food!). She also enjoys organizing, planning and cooking.

Victoria Rainey, Behavior Technician attended the University of Cincinnati for her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree. Tori is currently working towards becoming a BCBA with an interest in early intervention. She hopes to open her own practice one day. Tori’s hobbies include baking, bowling, and walking her puppies!

Missy Satchwell, Behavior Technician has 18 years experience teaching with specialized training in Orton Gillingham-based reading curriculums. She completed an M.Ed. with Applied Behavior Analysis concentration from the University of Cincinnati. Missy plans to become a licensed BCBA with the goal of assisting and advocating for each child to acquire the relevant skills needed to live a fulfilling life. Missy cherishes time spent with her husband and adult children, as well as, laughing and genuinely enjoying life with friends.

Grace DeGroft, Behavior Technician

Molly Dean, Behavior Technician attended Northern Kentucky University and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education in 2017. She worked as a behavior technician and went on to nanny full time before coming to BI & C. Molly’s goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In Molly’s free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors and going camping, kayaking, and hiking with her boyfriend and dog!
